All structural alterations are surveyed by a highly qualified structural engineer before we start. Time is taken to calculate loadings to determine the correct size and type of supports to be installed.

When creating structural alterations to a property the work is required to be signed off by your local authority. Building Regulations/Control Officers will require copies of the structural calculation and observe the alterations at their required stages. This means a completion certificate for alterations is filed for the property giving the customer peace of mind and documents for resale if required.
